Cancellation Period
You have up to [ 48] hours from the time of order placement to cancel it. After this period, the order moves into processing, and cancellation may not be possible.
Cancellation Process
Cancelling is easy. Log in to your "Mysticchoice" account, go to your order history, find the order you want to cancel, and hit the cancel button. If it's within the cancellation period, you're all set!
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Once you successfully cancel your order within the allowed time frame, we'll process the refund. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment method.
Exceptions
Some items may be non-cancellable or non-refundable due to their nature. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
Changes to Orders
Need to make a tweak to your order? Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can't modify it. We recommend canceling the order (within the allowed period) and placing a new one with the correct details.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if an item is returned in a condition that's not fully resalable.
Refunds for Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, certain items are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked in the product description. If you have concerns about the non-returnable status of an item, feel free to reach out to our customer support before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Exchange Policy:
Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want.
